We unified data from inventory systems and developed a PIM system to meet the needs of 1,500 retailers across all channels, including eCommerce.

The Virtual Shelf, a digital sales tool, quickly proved its worth in digitally enhanced in-store consultations across the D-A-CH region, tailored for each retailer. Integrated Guided Selling functionalities aid employees by offering automated cross- and up-selling suggestions, maximizing additional sales opportunities.
This multi-channel strategy, with over 700 virtual shelf installations in the D-A-CH region, is now an international best practice in digitally supported retailing, offering individualized content on products, pricing, and services, along with crucial margin information for sales conversations in every store.
